• 1) BOOKING AND PAYMENT: To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit of the half amount of the package chosen is required at the time of booking before the scheduled event date. Any cancellation of the event is not eligible for a refund. In the unlikely event that has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we shall reschedule the date of the event.
• 2) EVENT DETAILS: The client must provide all necessary event details, including date, time, location, number of attendees, theme, and any special requirements at least a week before the event. Changes to the event details must be communicated at least a week before the scheduled event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
• 3) LIABILITY: TRANSPORTATION and VENUE fees are excluded in all our rated packages; hence, the client is responsible for their payment. The client is liable for any damage caused at the event.
• 4) CONFIDENTIALITY: Both parties agree to keep all event-related information shared during the planning process confidential, unless required by the law.
• 5) GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: The laws of Kenya govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from the services provided under this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
